1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Mix together eggs , brown sugar , light corn syrup , molasses , butter , vanilla extract , salt , and bourbon until smooth.eggs: 3 (slightly beaten), brown sugar: 1/2 c, light corn syrup: 1 c, molasses: 1 tbsp, butter: 4 tbsp (melted), vanilla extract: 2 tsp, salt: 1/2 tsp, bourbon: 2 tbsp

3Stir in pecans .pecans: 2 c (coarsely chopped)

4Pour into unbaked pie shell .

5Bake at 350°F for ⏱️ 30 minutes .

6Optional: after ⏱️ 30 minutes , tent the pie loosely with aluminum foil to prevent the crust and pecans from getting too browned.
